Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Pleasanton

Food was delish, great vibe and staff was friendly and pleasing. Must try.

What a beautiful view, especially at sunset. Such a unique ambiance in a historic building and the tomahawk steak is perfect for sharing.

Delicious spicy edamame. The mixed tempura was light and tasty. The accompanying sauce was a bit bland, but we augmented it with some wasabi and it was quite good. We shared a Caterpillar Roll and a Rainbow Roll, and both were great. Friday night noise level inside was quite high so we were offered an outside table, which was nice but a bit chilly, and of course lacked the ambience of the interior decor. The cheesecake for dessert was tasty, but a bit pricey for the portion size. The service was friendly and attentive. All in all a pleasant dining experience. We'll go back.

We had lunch at The Grill after a wine tasting at Wente. The food was very good. We sat outside but were warned of yellow jackets visiting the outside seat. We did not see any until we were about to leave. Good service, and a nice view of the golf course, oak hillsides . Menu was varied with lots of choices.

What a wonderful establishment. In Stoneridge Mall. It is a wonderful Bar and Asian cuisine. A delightful place with great service and food. A select menu for any diet. The power lunch is ideal. This was a business trip and well worth the drive.
