How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? That was the question that acclaimed chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin (creator of the much-celebrated Los Angeles restaurant Bottega Louie) posed when he decided the time was right to reinvent what has long been the trademarks of the steakhouse genre – masculine vibe, dark rooms, fancy waiters, slabs of oversized beef and overly expensive pricing.     It was my 23rs birthday. My 6 year anniversary and my first time in Vegas. We were treated by 2 managers. Excellent service and they described the entire menu to us. Food was the best I ever had including sauce.

    I cannot rave about this precious gem of a restaurant enough. The absolute charm, the utter excellence makes this one of my favorite places to dine in Las Vegas. Chef Gina is a master at her craft and each table has the delight of a view of her doing her thing. The mushroom pasta, the meatballs, the waygu carpaccio, the pesto pizza, uh just perfection. The cocktails are also seamlessly in harmony with the menu, simply delicious. Whether you're with friends or on a romantic date (I've experienced both), you're almost guaranteed to have a memorable experience. Thank you La Strega for being so close to where I live too lol, so that I may have that steak any time I need it again, cause I'll be dreaming of that chimichurri. ❤️

    We made our Valentine's Day reservation at the very last moment and were prepared to take the "last two seats at the bar". No, we were seated at a standard table. Another fantastic and enjoyable visit to Aromi. A pleasure to have this restaurant in the NW Las Vegas Valley. Susannah provided a perfect balance of friendly-professional service. The restaurant was quickly filled with celebrating diners. The food, as usual, was perfectly prepared. It is always a pleasure to be with the Aromi Team on this special occasion dining date.
