Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Markham

Had a great dinner, everyone enjoyed it, Jimmy was our server and we really liked his service. Highly recommend, and whatever the b day cake was at the end, delish!!!!

3 Mariachis is the spot for consistently great Mexican food. The Birria tacos are the highlight, but everything I’ve had here has been delicious and the portions are very generous. Make sure to try the fried ice cream as well if you need a sweet tooth fix!

We had a great delightful experience, and the food was amazing, especially the gnocchi alla sorrentina and sweet potato cheesecake. Would love to visit again!

I visited La Grotta on Main for the first time for Valentine’s Day and had an amazing experience!The service was impeccable, the food and portions were perfect, in particular the Chilean sea bass and grilled calamari were excellent. Sebastian took great care of us and made sure we both had a memorable evening. Hands down the best Italian restaurant in Markham, and the old school Italian decor and ambience will leave you longing for a trip to Italy.

We booked a table for two on Christmas Eve. We arrived a little early and were seated right away and offered coffee or drinks until the buffet was ready to start. The buffet was extensive and everything was fresh and nicely presented. Even though the room was large, the buffet area was never crowded and we never lined up for any of the dishes. About half way through or main course, two lobsters were delivered to our table as had been promised on the menu. They were cut in half, which not only looked nice on the platter, but made them easy to eat. The service staff were very attentive. They were always there at just the right moment, but never intrusive. The ambiance in the room was lovely. The room was full of happy people in tables of 2 to 10, all of whom seemed to be enjoying the evening. Even so, it was not noisy. Each seating on that evening was for 90 minutes which was about right. We would do it again!
