- SSeanWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was great, but it was so busy that you end up waiting hungry to get food when gaggles of people walk in at once. They were quick to replace food that ran out. Drinks were so-so but I think we just picked drinks that weren’t for us.More infoThe Blackwall Barn and Lodge gambrillsPrice: Moderate• Farm-to-table• Gambrills•4.7
- DDemetriasWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGeorgia Brown’s in Washington, DC, provided an unforgettable dining experience. We visited for a double date with my husband’s twin brother and his wife, and the romantic atmosphere set the perfect tone. We had a 5:30 pm reservation and were seated promptly, even though we arrived five minutes early. Our waiter was attentive and offered great recommendations. The appetizers—deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes—were a pleasant surprise. I’m usually not a fan of fried green tomatoes, but these were perfectly breaded and fried. For the main course, I had the red snapper, which was served whole with the head on, perfectly seasoned, and the meat was light and flaky. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed the lamb chops, which they said were cooked to perfection, and my sister-in-law praised the salmon. We also loved the fruit punch mocktail and peach cobbler for dessert. The combination of delicious food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service made for a memorable evening. My brother-in-law said I picked a great spot, and we’ll definitely be returning!More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.4
- MMarcellWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was Valentine’s Day so we knew it would be crowded and loud. So we were cool with that. However the food was not up to its usual standards. The lamb chops were under cooked and the sides were luke warm. We didn’t want to send it back but it was just too much going on and we didn’t want to wait too much longer. We love Maestro’s but will probably NEVER go on Valentine’s Day again.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - DCPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Penn Quarter•4.6

Everyone in our party of four had something different and each meal was delicious and came with more than ample servings. The service was top notch across the board from our charming waitress to the busboys delivering and clearing our plates. Without question all of us will come back and spread the word amongst our local friends that The Farnhouse is a must for lunch or dinner.More infoThe Farmhouse - GambrillsPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Gambrills•4.3
