Triumph Brewing Company, founded in 1995, is a full service restaurant and brewery with a seasonally changing gastro-pub menu driven largely by local farms. We have live, original music Thursday- Sunday - never a cover charge and never a cover band.     We had the absolute pleasure of dining at 618 for Valentine's Day and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful decor - the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern and elegant touches. But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Our server Nick was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and make recommendations. He was prompt and efficient, refilling drinks and clearing plates with a smile. And then, of course, there was the food. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented. I was blown away by the quality and every bite was a delight. Overall, I would highly recommend 618 to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. The combination of stunning decor, outstanding service, and incredible cuisine makes it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a special night out.

    We had a fabulous Valentine’s Day dinner at The Squires last night. We were a party of four. We were greeted with a beautiful rose for the ladies in our party—a very nice and thoughtful touch. We had excellent service and we all enjoyed the food! The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Valentine’s Day! The owner, Steve was kind enough to stop at our table to welcome us and chat. He was such a gentleman! Our waiter, Corey was a delight and gave us excellent service. We love this restaurant and will continue to return time and time again!

    We went to celebrate our daughters birthday. Our server Jesse, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. The restaurant is nicely decorated! The food was excellent. I had the lamb shank special over risotto and the lamb was so tender and flavorful. My wife and one daughter got the skirt steak with orzo. The steak was cooked perfectly and the orzo was delicious. My other daughter had a fantastic burger. The crispy burrata was so delicious. My only complaint would be you only get one for $16. Highly recommend AP Rooftop!!
