A wonderful experience. Only negative was the noise level, but what do you expect at such a popular place. The fish was fresh and beautifully plated. The overall ambiance of the restaurant makes you feel as though you are dining in a movie. I recommend booking a dinner reservation. The ambient lighting, jazz music, and magical views of the cityscape create an enchanting, and intimate feel hard to replicate!More infoCecconi's DumboPrice: Moderate• Contemporary Italian• DUMBO•4.6
- RRobNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had no plans for Valentines Day (silly me) so I checked Open Table for a local seafood restaurant. I was expecting everything to be booked but there were several available reservations so I took a chance. They did not disappoint. Quiet and cozy is the best way to describe the establishment. I had the Shrimp in garlic sauce as an appetizer and the Codfish potatoes and peppers as an entree. I’m not big on seafood when I eat out but this was the best I’ve had. We will be returning for date nights. A definite hidden gem. PS: I don’t drink but I hear the Sangria is amazing.More infoAllegro Seafood GrillPrice: Moderate• Portuguese• Newark•4.3
