Best Restaurants with Good Vegetarian Options in Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness

Our second visit and the food did not disappoint. The service was excellent. The atmosphere is lively which made it a little difficult to have conversations across the table. We were at a high top and the bar stools need to have the straps tightened for better comfort of guests, especially those of us who may be vertically challenged. All in all a great spot for a special occasion meal.

Honestly love going here. The service is always great and they have unique things on their menu. Highly recommend.

So happy to see Chao Pesco back and lively - interesting appetizer and meal options are great for couples or friends dining options. Location is perfect for close performance dinner or after work gatherings. I like that the restaurant is able to accomodate 2 to many diners!
