A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience at Eddie Merlot’s From the moment we walked into Eddie Merlot’s, we knew we were in for something special, but we never could have imagined just how incredible our evening would be. Celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, each bite crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly set the evening apart was the outstanding service. Sean was amazing. The kind of server every restaurant dreams of having. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly detail-oriented, and had such a warm and genuine personality. His dedication to making our night special did not go unnoticed, and we truly believe the world needs more Seans and Keiths. And then there was Kevin, whose kindness and generosity left us speechless. Not only did he make sure we had a fantastic time, but he also gifted us a gift card to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality at Eddie Merlot’s. We arrived a little early and there was no good place to stand and wait. Once seated the table was bare except for some rock looking crystals and dried buds for Valentine’s Day. Wife tried to order a pina colada but despite being on the menu they didn’t have a blender. Then she tried to order sangria but they were out. I got the Cadillac margarita, which was small but good and also powerful. We ordered street corn and table side guacamole, both were just okay. For entrees my wife got the carne asada which was incredible and I got the Baja seafood enchiladas which were also very good. Because of how good the entrees were we may come back. Otherwise we wouldn’t.

We dined on Valentine's Day. It was packed! Even with reservations, there was about a 25-minute wait to be seated. Once seated, the service was prompt. We chose from the Valentine's Prix Fixe menu. Salad, lobster bisque soup, bacon wrapped Filet with crab meat, whipped potatoes and grilled vegetables, and choice of desserts. We had chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate cheesecake with blueberries. And a bottle of Perry's reserve Chardonnay. All food was prepared perfectly. Service was crisp. We had Maria as our server and thoroughly enjoyed her! Another great night at Perry's!

The server was really excellent. She knew everything about each item on the menu and was really exceptional regarding giving us space and bringing the food at the appropriate time. My wife super enjoyed the lamb and all of the food was perfectly prepared. Our first time at seasons 52, but it will not be our last. I can highly recommend it.
