We've been to Cooper's Hawk a few times, especially the one in Ashburn because it's closer to home. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available when we wanted to go, but that's not the point. Every time we've been to either location, the experience has been outstanding! Everything is delicious, from the appetizers to the main course, dessert, and drinks. I love the passion fruit sangria! We took our family who came to visit from Arizona, and I was surprised when they told us they have a Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant there too! They really enjoyed their food and drinks. This place never disappoints, and for a Wednesday, it was packed! There is no better restaurant in this town. Food and service are beyond great! If you haven’t been there, you’re missing out on a great dining experience. Danny, the Maitre d’, will take real good care of you.

We’ve been going here for years and it is always excellent! Service is exemplary, food is first class. Atmosphere is magical . Hoping that we can spend many more happy times there.

It was a pleasant evening and dinner with friends, at a nice table by the lively bar area. Food was delicious, white sangria refreshing, and our server Rodrigo attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome.
