Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Dorado

Our second visit here, and it confirms that this is a very special restaurant which can compete with the very best on the mainland. The gazpacho was light with a frothy sea foam topping and the grouper was flaky with an amazing base of subtle spicing. A memorably delicious meal and experience.

We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to sit and experience the bar. The service and attentiveness of Israel and Hector was top notch. Their craft cocktails were truly works of art and were AMAZING! Nothing like I have ever had anywhere before. The small plates of fish and chips (aka yucca fries) were phenomenal along with the octopus which was so tender, not to mention the star of the show, the seabass. No evening would be complete without a little sweet and the goat cheese flan was legendary. One of our favorite places to go when in San Juan. If you are looking for upscale Puerto Rican dishes or just an upscale dining experience- look no further.

We went to 1919 for their prix fixe Valentine's Dinner and it was exceptional. All the courses were perfectly paired with Billecart Salmon champagne. Service during the two-hour affair was exceptional. Overall, it was a most enjoyable experience.

Food was outstanding! Had the escargot and Camerones with trifongo. Dessert was cocodo hot coconut with almonds and ice cream. Everything was first class. Sat at the bar and watching the very professional bartenders mix drinks added to the evening’s enjoyment. Right in the Placido de Santurce so can enjoy a stroll through the lively area after dinner.

From start to finish, Morton’s did not disappoint. Everything was incredibly delicious and my steak was perfectly cooked. The lobster Mac and cheese and the au gratin potatoes were excellent. Service was fantastic. Will go again next time we visit San Juan!
