He didn’t seem to care much. When another server or hostess came by we asked her and we immediately got moved inside as it started to rain. Our server also forgot to input our bone marrow appetizer as that came in last. I had to remind another server or floor manager about the issue. Again our original server never bothered to check on us. We got moved to another section with another server. She also didn’t care much. I had to wave her down a couple times or even ask the food runner to ask. I understand Bestia is busy and chaotic. I work in the good industry as well. We have other locations that are much closer to us but the food and service at the Silverlake location is unmatched so we happily make the extra drive. No matter how big or small our party is they have been more than accommodating to our needs. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, hallmark holidays and even had our club gatherings here. Any time we have friends visiting from out of state or country we bring them here too. The food is always exceptional & affordable by LA standards. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck here and the best part is not only will you have full from the amazing food but your friends will be impressed and it sets the bar high! Other than that, the flavors and textures are marvelous. The brioche bread and hummus are delectable. I feel like every dish is a slam dunk - too bad there isn't a sampler platter! The decor is lovely, a few discreet fabric panels might help with the noise as its a bit hard to hear the people across from you - the sound bounces around the cavernous space.
