Paya is an exuberant, island-inspired restaurant and bar located on Miami’s South Beach founded by Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel, the duo behind FEAL Hospitality. It is a platform for Chef Niven Patel to pay homage to the insular cuisines of the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Spain’s islands, where he and Mo have either worked or visited extensively.     Went for the first time to Paya and it was the best dining experience I have had in Miami in a while. Ambiance was on point and service was impeccable—efficient, attentive, and incredibly friendly. As for the food, outstanding! Every dish was delicious with beautiful presentation. My favorite were the Scallop Crudo, Tamarind Lamb Chops and Soursop Ice Cream with Caviar! I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Our overall experience was very good but the evening started on a singular note because of a nasty comment from our server Alex who mocked the question of one guest of our party. It gave us a sinking feeling right away. Gladly the food was very good, the manager Alejandro very understanding when our bottle of wine was corked and gave us a new one, plus we were not charged for a cocktail that the glass was cracked sharply and we did not see it until we finished the drink. A beautiful evening that could have started on a better note than mocking a guest by telling them that their question about the decor ‘WAS A FIRST’. THANK YOU ALEJANDRO (the manager) FOR SAVING THE EVENING and thank you to the chef and the nice young girl who was attentive to all our needs. CIAO !

    CMG always comes through. Whether an easy lunch or dinner with the friends/family, or just a chill nibble. Always greeted right away, seated, and served great food. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Atmosphere outside is my fave.

    I’ve been to both Nikki Beach in Ibiza and Mallorca. This was my first time going to the OG Nikki Beach in Miami. The menu selection was great, almost too good with the amount of great choices they had on offer. Really friendly and attentive staff as well and great music. Some might say it is on the pricier side but you know what you’re paying for with fantastic food and a brilliant ambiance
