Best Restaurants for Birthdays in West Vancouver

We celebrated my dad’s birthday at Beach House, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Even though the restaurant was busy and we had extra guests joining us, the team handled everything seamlessly with kindness and professionalism. The food was beyond amazing—every dish was perfect, perfect, perfect! And the coconut cake? Hands down, the best cake I’ve ever had in my life! Huge thanks to the Beach House team for making this special night truly exceptional. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you chef Abhi with all of your food recommendations and thanks Bri for making our night unforgettable.

It was amazing! I had an amazing time tonight! I came to Earls in West Vancouver with my parents to celebrate my mom’s birthday. I’m glad we went there. Everything was awesome! Our server was excellent. His name is Connor, and he is top notch. He is excellent at his job. Thank you for an amazing night! My mom is very happy and my dad and I’m very grateful. I’m very happy too. Thank you!

First time coming here. Wonderful service. Ambience is perfect. My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️

We’ve been here many times, I think Valentine’s Day made it not quite as smooth of an experience as usual. The cocktails were top notch, the sablefish risotto was fantastic, pizza amazing as always, the burger was good but not as good as previous ones. My only negative comment on this restaurant is the metal chair legs on the concrete floors are horrendously noisy and it takes away from the atmosphere. Still love this place and truly understand the Michelin Recommended!

A sublime meal with appropriate wine pairings (thank you again, Jill). I can not fault any aspect of the restaurant; it’s one of my favourites. My one minor complaint was that the scent worn by one of the servers was a little too generously applied and was wafting towards us as she moved around.
