- KKarenPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis was my first experience at Barclay Prime. It was my son's birthday and I wanted to take him to a special place. This was very special. Both my son and I really enjoyed our experience here. The food was phenomenal, the quality and the way it was prepared were amazing. The selections were plentiful without being overwhelming and the staff were very welcoming. I felt it was well worth the money.More infoBarclay PrimePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Rittenhouse Square•4.8

However, as soon as you walk in the front door, you know that you are some place special. The ambience is great, but, more importantly, the food was exquisite. Yes, it was expensive, but the experience was worth every penny. To start, we ordered rolls with chive butter, and, for an entrée, had pumpkin ravioli with walnuts, apples, onions, and ricotta cheese--yum! The food was so good that we decided to order dessert, an apple tartan which was equally delicious. On top of that, our server was excellent, very helpful, and friendly. You have to try this place at least once!More infoThe LovePrice: Expensive• American• Rittenhouse Square•4.8

I have a decibel meter that showed lunchtime noise level to be unhealthy. I didn’t need to actually measure it though. My ears and head hurt and I had to shout to make myself heard. Really unpleasant.More infoParcPrice: Expensive• French• Rittenhouse Square•4.8
- DDonaldPhiladelphia County •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe celebrated our anniversary at The House of W&M and had a memorable experience! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the restaurant is very welcoming. The bar specialty drinks (Perfect Pear Martini👍) was a great start to an awesome dinner! One of the night’s specialty entree’s was Venison and the flavor was the best. I encourage to choose from the starter, entree, and dessert as you won’t be disappointed. Lastly, everyone on the staff was friendly and professional which completed the experience!More infoThe House of William & MerryPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Hockessin•4.9
- EElizabethPhiladelphia County •5 reviews4.0Dined on 12 Nov 2024I enjoyed this restaurant more at dinner time than lunch as the atmosphere is much livelier in the evening. I had the blackened salmon salad and the mushroom soup, and both were delicious. My friend had the steak salad, and it looked as though the salad consisted of only lettuce. It would have been nice to have bread with the soup. The service was timely.More infoRedfire Grill SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Hockessin•4.6
