Best Hot Spot Restaurants in New Market

Haven't been here in a few years and came because of DC Restaurant week. The place was packed and had amazing energy for a Monday night. The menu selections were great. The food was fantastic, generous portions, great value. First experienced Filomena in 1985 and delighted it's still here, same owner, fantastic food and Amaretto at the end. Great time. Brought back great memories. Will come here more often. What a delight.

For a great meal and good service its a no brainer. You wont regret stopping in and having a delicious meal.

Excellent food and service. We got the seven course tasting menu and it was amazing. The courses came out perfectly timed and delicious. However the noise level in the restaurant was such that it was hard to speak across the table. The music was incredibly loud in a place with nothing to dampen the noise. It was the only blemish on our experience.

Sat near the front window and every time the door was opened got a very cold breeze across the our table. Had to be moved twice and ended up seated at the bar. Made reservations well in advance and eat at the bar. Will not be going back again.

We dined on MLK Day - brunch buffet was deeelish! Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The buffet was well stocked with all of the offerings for the entire 2 plus hours we were there. Glad to have a warm place to eat a great meal on such a freezing cold day!
