The Wild Fork in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been open since 1995, the brainchild of two friends, Julie Woolman and Kim Michie. Located in Utica Square, the restaurant still maintains much of the character its predecessor left behind, but the kitchen has been updated and the menu is continuously revised.     Went to The Tavern after the Route 66 Marathon. The Restaurant went well beyond my expectation. Ordered the fish and chips, beet salad, and pumpkin cheese cake. The server, Mackenzie, was super attentive to us and her other tables. She gave just the right amount of attention. She refilled our drinks, brought condiments without us needing to ask for it, made sure we had everything we needed, and she was pleasant and hard working. I highly recommend.

    This is our second visit to Smoke as we are from Wichita, KS attending the Affair of the Heart event. The food is always amazing and our sever Scott was very attentive and took great care of us.

    Incredible service. Beef carpaccio was phenomenal. Loved our steaks. Drinks were outstanding. Enjoyed the classic cheesecake as well. Great experience and we will definitely be back. Service set Fleming’s apart from other steakhouses.
