We tried one of the off menu specials she let us know about and it was delicious; we asked for some recommendations and nothing disappointed! The scramble eggs and truffle dish was surprisingly delicious and the octopus was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed the tempura Tai which was a great balance of fish and crunchy tempura. We finished with the banana dessert which was not overly heavy and a great way to end a full meal. The cocktails were perfectly made and paired well with our dishes. The carbonara pasta was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the chicken saltimbocca was delicious. We finished with a rich and chocolatey tiramisu, which was the perfect ending. The manager checked in to make sure everything was great, showing how much they care about the service. Our server, Yousef ( potentially spelling his name wrong), was fantastic - super friendly and really knew his stuff. His recommendations were perfect for our dinner. We started with their Tortilla Española, which was a great way to kick things off - light but packed with flavor. The arroz cremoso that came next was incredible - the flavors were spot on. But the real showstopper was the Akaushi beef, cooked exactly how we wanted it, paired with these amazing bone marrow potato purée that I'm still thinking about. We wrapped up with a delicious cheesecake that hit all the right notes. The whole experience, from walking in to walking out, was just perfect. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!
