What started out as a butcher shop concept, has evolved and changed over the years to become a full-service restaurant, which was solidified with the restaurant's move to a larger space in 2022.     My wife and I went to Mr. B's to celebrate our birthdays. Very clean and roomy dining area. The food was delicious. We tried the bacon appetizer: a generous portion of thick, meaty, and smoky bacon with mildly sweet glaze which was a great way to start. She had the filet and I had the NY strip. Both were cooked medium rare, and had a nice crust with a buttery, herb finish that perfectly complemented the robust flavor of the beef. The potato and side of roasted carrots were great compliments to the meal. The staff was very friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

    We visit Zarletti Mequon every 6 weeks or so, and the food is always terrific. The shrimp scampi and pasta dishes rock, as does the chopped salad. Our only challenge revolves around timing. Often times (last three visits), our drinks don't come out slow... after the salad has been served. Likewise, glasses of wine (even when ordered right when initial drinks are served) don't arrive until well after the entree is served. To me management might be well advised to adopt a policy of "it's on time, or it's on us."
