Crisp and fresh endive salad with luscious rose water dressing. The bird’s nest cocktail is light and refreshing. So once I peel the shrimp the seasoning and flavor is gone. I’m from New Orleans no where close to boil in my opinion. Not bad food just not what I was expecting thank goodness for dipping sauce.
