But this one was especially lovely : we were given one of our fave tables at the window, overlooking the sidewalk and DiPietros… there were string lights overhead and the snow was falling outside. It felt magical. Service was absolutely wonderful- from the host at the door, to our server, to the food runner who brought our meals! So friendly and thoughtful. This is exactly why we love this little neighborhood gem. xoMore infoDavid's 388Price: Expensive• Bistro• South Portland•4.8
- SShaneMaine •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoHave you seen the film The Menu? This place is kind of like that in the sense that everything is curated and purposeful. My experience felt like being in a stylish fancy restaurant run by family. I felt like I belonged their and experienced food and drink I've never had before and left with a new perspective on food and dining in general. It felt like being in a movie with how well everything went it was all very relaxing. I could keep going but if any of this interests do, do yourself a favor and check them out. Granted you will pay a bit for it but it's totally worth it for the experience.More infoMagnus on WaterPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Biddeford•4.9

Our waitress who we have had at a previous time was very accommodating. Seeing as there was one in our party who is gluten intolerant she was very helpful with choices. The food was mouth watering. We love coming here especially on play nights.More infoThe Puddle DockPrice: Expensive• American• Portsmouth•4.8
- CChristelleGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe Roma is the best place for an Italian meal for any occasion, special or otherwise. The ambience is perfect, a dining room in an old mansion, the food is outstanding, and the service is first rate. I would say it is one of the best, if not the best, overall dining experience for a romantic evening in Portland. There are other places that might be more recognized for their culinary offerings, but so many of them are loud with high ceilings, open kitchens, and awkward seating. The Roma is a perfect trifecta of a dining experience.More infoRoma PortlandPrice: Moderate• Italian• Portland•4.7

We had deviled eggs , mussels and a delicious smash burger. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!More infoLittle Tap HousePrice: Moderate• Bistro• Portland•4.6
