Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Schiller Park

Nice dinner at Wildfire last night. The server, food runners and bussers were very efficient. The food was great. The three filet medallions are an excellent value, and the scalloped potatoes were excellent. The restaurant seems a bit worn and is in need of updating.

We love dining at all the Lettuce establishments… When we dine at the Glenview Wildlife we always ask for Maryann.. but she was off this visit.. So we had Karen….. she was terrific…she really is an asset to the Glenview location…we feel we are lucky to have 2 fine servers

We had a great experience at Akahoshi Ramen. Casper was wonderful and attentive! We sat at the counter and enjoyed sipping on our delicious cocktails as we watched the ramen being made! My husband enjoyed the midwestern ramen and I had the Akahoshi. It was SO delicious that my husband had a second round of ramen. HIGHLY recommend and cannot wait to visit here again. Until then, I’ll be dreaming about it.

Nice and pleasant atmosphere. A little pricey, but definitely worth it for the experience. Deserts are spectacular, the chocolate cake blew everyone away. Appetizers were good as well, very different from the occasional selection. Entrées were excellent, full of flavor in nice small portions. Overall, it was a great experience.

The service was exceptional!! The menu has many of our favorite dishes so we had difficulty making a decision. With suggestions, our waitress helped us decide. My pumpkin ravioli with squash on the side was the best I ever had! Especially loved dipping the delicious bread in the sauce. The Sangiovese wine was excellent. The cannoli had a nice hard crust with a scrumptious filling. They even serve decaf cappuccino!! This is a neighborhood gem!
