Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in The Lakes

It’s one thing to go into a restaurant, it’s another feeling when the restaurant belongs to Gordon Ramsay. I Have been to other Gordon restaurants, however; I could feel the attention to plating, atmosphere, and I could taste what Chef Ramsey has taught his chefs. With that said, the Beef Wellington is amazing, cooked to perfection, the puff pastry on the beef crispy, with a nice medium rare steak. The lobster risotto, was smooth and delicious. Octopus with the sauces is amazing. Golden beets salad fresh and the crème is excellent. Make sure you choose your seating early, in 2021 is when I found out you have to book early, and I mean

Our server Nikyah was excellent, she walked us through the menu and helped to select a great coursed menu. The fried burrata appetizer is a must, we also tried the seasonal pumpkin pasta and it was delicious. The ambiance was perfect for catching up with girlfriends, and I'm already planning a return visit next month for when my in laws are in town.

Absolutely best Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is very upscale and fresh. I’m not a huge fan of beans and their bean dish is delicious. The tortillas are light with lively with beautiful silky sauces. Very attentive service.

Wonderful all of it! Our server Ryan gave us great menu suggestions. He was charming and not over bearing, checked in just enough. Food was excellent! Service was excellent! We will be back.

The Beast's wide drink selection and selection of quality bar food had something for each of the four of us. The service at this spot, located in Area 15, was fabulous.
