Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Santa Fe Station Hotel & Casino

Logan was an excellent server! Food was great our family of five including 3 kids caught an early Dinner (4pm) and everything was perfect. They had a kids menu with crayons for our five year old. The chicken parm, focaccia with ricotta, and meatballs were our highlights!

We really enjoyed our time, the ambience was great, the place is very nice, food was great, everything was delicious, we had margaritas, appetizers (guacamole and queso fundido), fajitas, enchiladas verdes, steak picado, and we were not disappointed, we recommend it.

We went to Naxos Taverna to celebrate a birthday with some friends. What a great time. I can recommend the Sea Bass and the Sole. We all loved the Greek Salads and especially the Baklava Cheesecake. It is not to be missed. Giselle was our server and she took great care of our table and was charming in the process. This place is a gem!

Dining at Carson’s is a must for me when visiting Las Vegas. Have never had a bite I didn’t enjoy here. This time our party ordered the hot dog ends, pot roast sandwich and jus dip, cauliflower and NY strip. Steak was cooked perfectly. The cauliflower dish was extraordinary and packed a wonderful garlicky punch. Sipped on a wonderfully complex fernet and amaro cocktail throughout the evening as well. Rich and delicious food with unique and interesting flavour combinations. Service was attentive, warm and fun.

The food and ambience was great. We saved for this trip for months and Ramsay’s Kitchen was the pinnacle (other than the Keith Urban concert). We could really only afford the 3 Course menu and, unfortunately, the vibe we got from the waiter seemed to reflect that. We were a little surprised that he never came to see how everything was going until after each course had been collected by the excellent ancillary (for lack of a better word) staff had collected everything.
