FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. We came here for our birthdays and we were incredibly blown away by the service and the food. We had shrimp and lobster wontons and the miso mustard was 10/10. Then for entree we had the petite filet and waygu hanger, both outstanding. Sides were whipped potatoes and creamed spinach. I would highly recommend this place the food was just amazing.

Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.
