Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Tlaquepaque

Great experience. The food was exquisite, and the concept is interesting.

We had a wonderful dinner and service was generally excellent. I think it would have helped if we had sommelier but also if we had some guidance on food ordering 2 of us ordered the delicious pork belly which we could have shared instead (generous in serving size) and then shared some other dish.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Half high-end Japanese sushi, half new style Mexican seafood, it is wholly delicious. The fish is fresh and the creative dishes show an expert-level attention to detail: the fresh coconut gracing a pismo clam is carefully julienned, house tortillas may be made from blue or yellow corn depending on the dish they accompany, the cherry tomatoes in a salad have been carefully peeled. The restaurant is currently half-hidden at the back of a shopping plaza next to a hotel, but will be moving to Colonia Americana in a couple of months. Service is attentive and menus are available in both Spanish and English. Definitely will return.
