We had a most wonderful evening at Carmine's. Ryan took special care of us. He made sure it was an evening for us to remember, while providing exceptional service! Thank you Ryan! The rack of lamb, veal chop, sweet breads, carpaccio, all exceptional. Chef Juan, having been there, many years, is still putting out beautiful plates and most delicious food! It was lovely to spend the evening, in a place I've known so well, seeing that it remains one of the best restaurants in Seattle!

We had a fabulous time! The food was delicious!! We just wished the crab and artichoke dip serving size was larger!!! Our server Daniel was attentive to our party of eight needs and he very personable. He helped to make the dining experience very enjoyable!!! When in town again, we will ask to be seated in Daniels’ area!!

Amazing food and service. Great place to celebrate special occasions but be prepared to spend $$$$.

We had a very good meal and a very attentive staff. The ambiance was just we needed after a long travel day. Would recommend both the hotel and the restaurant .
