While the hibachi chef wasn’t the most enthusiastic or entertaining hibachi chef we’ve ever had, the food was great. We arrive 30 minutes before our reservation time on a very busy holiday, but they were still able to see us right away. The manager was very gracious about accommodating a table request we had. My steak was a little overdone but they handled it right away. Food is expensive but really good. After some initial trouble getting the table setting right, the service was very smooth. This time we thought the lamb was the star, followed by the Parmesan pork. I only had one issue and that was the time it took to get our table. The seating is heavy 2 person seating so 3 or 4 or more takes time to get the tables. we must have had 5-6 other couples get their seats before us as we stood there for 15 minutes. We were a party of 3 and had used Open Table to make the reservation.
