    My family and I have been going to Kottas since it opened. Have been there probably 100 times, including last night, and have always had great service and the food has always been been fantastic. Ownership makes a habit to go by each table to assure quality, say hello and make every customer feel comfortable. Keep doing what you are doing. Also, and most importantly, they make a great vodka martini! Matt
