Best Seasonal Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

We had the best experience. We tried several dishes including the famous roasted chicken, the lamb rack, and the pork chop and everything was divine! The staff was so friendly and kind. A genuine magical moment. Going to truly cherish this!

One of our favorite restaurants. Food is always excellent and service is top notch!

Nobu was amazing. My wife had the black cod with miso and I had the king salmon with jalapeno dressing. Both were excellent. We had a few sushi rolls that were phenomenal as well! Always love the experience at Nobu. Unfortunately we were sitting right under a speaker so the music was a bit loud, but other than that, it was great!

This was probably the best meal from food, service and experience I’ve ever had. The whole conceptual dining experience truly blew me away. We didn’t eat or drink anything that was not top notch! 10/10 recommend

We reserved our dining spot for 7 well in advanced and were seated fairly quickly. The view inside was amazing, and we appreciate the lazy Susan on the tables for food sharing. We had some small plates and ramen to share. Cucumbers and the rice cakes are a must-order. Ramen is okay, nothing mind blowing. I did enjoy my 7 spice slushie. Service was basic. I expected a better service for such a nice establishment. Server did not bother checking on us or offering to bring anything else. Otherwise it was a pretty good dining experience.
