Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Satelite / Naucalpan / Lomas Verdes

I had read about Restaurante Nicos several years ago. Finally my husband & I ate dinner there during our most recent trip to Mexico City. The food & the service were amazing…in fact, our waitress was the most genuinely warm, helpful, & attentive waitress that we have encountered on our 2-weeks trip to CDMX!! The whole experience was definitely worth the drive, as the restaurant is a bit out of the way.

Food was really good. I ordered the Florentine beef and was excellent. Pesto sauce was delicious. Unfortunately, Alyson the waitress was not in mood to good attention. We ordered a salad to share, we got the dish but not the plates to serve it and also not the utensils to serve it. At the end of the meal, she did not pick up the empty plates and not offered us a dessert or coffee. It was unpleasant but she did not received a tip for her service. But I would recommend the place, was our first time there and found more attractive than competitors in the same Italian cuisine segment.

We shared delicious plates while having a great time; drinks, food and dessert were all very nice. But the restaurant claimed we didn’t have a reservation. That surprised us! They did have tables available, so we actually were able to sit at a comfortable table after being told no reservation was found under my name.
