- CCarolynVIPKansas City •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoRyan took good care of us! Much appreciated. A little noisy in our section, but mainly because of one loud couple. Would love to see a better selection of wine by the glass for such a nice restaurant. There wasn’t even one California Chardonnay to choose from. Thank you, Carolyn LoewMore infoPierpont's at Union StationPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Crossroads / Freight District / Boulevard•4.7

- AAbhikKansas City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI recently dined at Grunauer and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and full of deep seafood flavors. It had a smooth texture with just the right balance of seasoning. Next, I tried the sweet potato soup, which was a pleasant surprise—velvety, slightly sweet, and well-spiced, making it a comforting and flavorful choice. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked—moist on the inside with a beautifully crisp exterior. The seasoning complemented the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it. The dish was well-plated and paired nicely with the sides. Overall, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. Grunauer truly delivers on quality and flavor, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet hearty dining experience in Kansas City. I’ll definitely be returning!More infoGrünauerPrice: Expensive• Austrian• Crossroads / Freight District / Boulevard•4.9
- MMichaelKansas City •32 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agowent there for a pre-Valentines Day dinner. It was great. I had PeI oysters on the half shell and they were sweet and delicious. My wife had a cup of lobster bisque which was excellent. I then had the scallops which were delicious and my wife had the french creole orrichette which was a huge portion and very good. Out server was excellent.More infoBristol Seafood + Steak + SocialPrice: Expensive• Seafood• KC Power & Light District•4.7
- JJonnyKansas City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe loved how the atmosphere evolved throughout the evening. It started as a quiet, intimate setting with great music and gradually became more vibrant while remaining relaxed. The brutalist-inspired design, combined with warm lighting, created a cool and inviting ambiance. The food was both playful and delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. Sitting at the chef’s table made the experience even more enjoyable as we engaged with the staff and watched the artistry behind each dish. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience, and we will be back.More infoNokaPrice: Very Expensive• American• Kansas City•4.8
