Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history.     We always love, love, LOVE the Brussels sprout appetizer and this was the best batch yet!! We also tried the breakfast menu today and it was fabulous. Thank you for saving the table I requested. The staff is always fun and friendly. Nada makes a special day out even more special.

    We ate at The Davidson for Valentine’s Day dinner and had an amazing experience! The staff was so kind and handed out roses to all the tables which was such a sweet touch. Every dish we had was incredible, especially the arancini and the vodka rigatoni. The bread and butters were also delicious and my husband loved his scallop dish! The only thing we were slightly bummed about was being seated in the heated patio area as the inside is so beautifully designed, but it was still a lovely meal and warm! Can’t wait to go back again!

    Our waiter was phenomenal. The Empanada Trio our appetizer was packed with flavor. We ordered The Argentine Parrillada Experience For Two. Definitely more than enough food for 2 people. Drinks were very good (and strong). We order the Black & Bull(Eit) and Argentine Old Fashioned. Atmosphere was amazing, set just right for our weekly date night. Our waiter suggested the bread pudding for dessert, which was by far the best bread pudding we have tasted in a long time. Thank you, butcher and barrel team for an amazing experience!
