Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Bayview

Excellent restaurant. I get so bored with the average fish preps but their crispy trout was perfect and interesting. The Not really Carbonara very nice as well. And the owner offered some very interesting white wine choices when their house wines were not available.

Four stars very good fits perfectly for Teakwood. We've been Burma Love fans for years and Teakwood is a welcome addition to the Hayes Valley pre-event scene. Our server was very sweet, and while service overall was a bit disjointed, it was understandable. They handled the pre-theater rush well. The atmosphere is bright and lovely and the food was very good.

We tried this restaurant for SF restaurant week and we enjoyed it so much. The bruschetta and calamari were great to start and then we did the add in for the “live cook” inside the cheese wheel and were not disappointed at all. Tiramisu for dessert had a lot of espresso flavor and the drinks with dinner were fantastic. We will be back to eat from the standard menu for sure

As difficult as it may be to do, they need to hire more wait staff. While the service we got was fine, the servers couldn't keep up with the flow of customers, no matter how hard they tried. And they tried!
