- JJennyLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had the pleasure of dining at Teleferic last night to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! Their selection of tapas is fantastic, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The gambas al ajillo were a standout! So flavorful that we had to order extra bread just to soak up every last bit of that garlicky, rich broth. The crab croquettes were equally delightful, crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy inside. But the true star of the night was the lobster paella 🤤 a beautifully executed dish bursting with flavor. To elevate the experience even further, we paired it with the Albariño “La Caña Navia,” a crisp and refreshing white wine that complemented the seafood perfectly. I was floored by how well the wine’s bright, citrusy notes enhanced the flavors of the paella🥘 Beyond the incredible food, the service was exceptional. Our server, Biel, was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The restaurant’s ambiance is lively and festive. It is perfect for a celebratory night out. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu, but for anyone visiting, last night’s choices were absolutely worth recommending.
