- RrobertWashington, D.C. Area •137 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOutstanding!! I normally do not like to go to restaurants on days they have special menus. However, the Valentine's choices were wonderful! The lobster and tuna appetizers were delicious, as were the Branzino entree and the luscious raspberry tarts! Julio's service was so refined and helpful, as usual. And James opened a lovely burgundy and provided a delightful evening surprise!! I love going here. I wish I could enjoy the cuisine and service more often. My go-to spot for top flight dining and service in the region.More info2941 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French American• Falls Church•4.9
- SSusanVIPWashington, D.C. Area •40 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI got the Valentine's special - Appetizer, main course, and dessert. There were so many good choices that it was difficult to decide. The deviled eggs were good. The salmon w. carrots and rice was excellent, along w. the apple bread pudding w. homemade vanilla ice cream. The service was excellent and very pleasant and prompt in spite of a birthday party taking place in the larger room and other diners coming and going. The overall experience was quite good and well worth more visits. The 3 course special for $30 was well worth it.More infoHamrock's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• American• Fairfax•4.6

Service - Top Notch - and the BEST part is I made a special request that I didn’t think would be noticed in the online reservation, but it WAS, and she was very pleasantly surprised! We got looks of envy from the surrounding tables. I would and probably will go back again year after year now. This was an amazing guest experience. Did I mention the food is amazing? 🦾More infoDraper's Steak and SeafoodPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Fairfax•4.4
- MMargaretWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur food was delicious, fresh, generous portions. We had roasted half chicken and avocado toast. We both asked for substitutions/add-ons which were accommodated. I was offered an alternative add-on because the one I initially requested was seasonal. Drinks and desserts were also good regarding taste and serving size. Our waiter was very pleasant and regularly checked on us without being intrusive. The manager also stopped by our table and other customers to check that everything was ok. It’s a diner, so noise levels are what one might expect, but we could easily converse without raising our voices. It has a retro diner vibe with posters/photos/vinyl of iconic performers at Carnegie Hall (original diner in New York is near the concert hall). It’s becoming a favorite neighborhood spot so it’s always busy and the one negative is that parking in this popular local shopping center is relatively limited so it can be hard to find a space during peak hours.More infoCarnegie Diner & Café – 501 Maple Ave W, Vienna, VAPrice: Moderate• American• Vienna•4.2
