Iron Hill Maple Shade never Disappoints! It has been our regular go to for 15 years. Great Kitchen,The food is always fresh. The Beer is Great. Most importantly,the entire Staff is Fantastic! Especially Lori K, hands down the best server at any restaurant in the tri-state area. The Absolute BEST! We look forward to every visit!

Mark, the owner, has nothing to worry about with Michelle B. and crew in complete control. Everything was Perfect. We started with the Allora Eggrolls and Poppie's Salad for apps. Then upon completion we were served our entrees with no rush like other restaurants do. I had my favorite, Veal San Marco with 3 veal tenders and crabmeat in delicious mushroom gravy. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Salmon Allora. Both were too much for one meal so we brought half home. We had to order their Creme Brulee' Cheesecake for dessert. Total Bill = $100. Not bad at all in today's market.
