Best Pizzerias in Perth Amboy

My sister and I are having a Girl's Weekend and we came here for brunch. We reserved an igloo and it was so adorable, heated nicely, and such a nice space. The only thing I would comment negatively on was the music--so loud. The host stand was amazing and Adam, our server, was fantastic. It'a a beautiful space with a great menu. We had a wonderful time.

I made a reservation but ended up sitting at the bar and the service was amazing. The bartenders Agustin and Laura were so nice and attentive and even helped me with the best recommendations on dishes and drinks. Having this service paired with the stunning ambiance was a great experience to have and is a place i would definitely recommend to anyone.

Considering that Eataly opened less than a week ago, this opening has been seamless and so well run. Restaurant Management, table service, servers and the meal are fantastic. Started with Ferrari Trento Brut & two appetizers. - Burrata Con Caponata- Liuzzi Burrata, Sicilian Caponata, Basil, Olitalia Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Calamari Fritti e Zucchine - Crispy New England Squid, Fried Zucchini, Lemon, Aioli Delicious! Lunch - Ravoli di Zucca - Housemade Butternut Squash filled Ravioli, Butter, Sage, Agriform Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP w/ Black Truffle Perfect ! Finished with - Tortino al Cioccolato di Eataly - So Rich & Delectable!!! Eataly’s Iconic Chocolate Mousse with Hazelnut Bavarese and Chocolate Crunch Jay, Ruffalo & Guadalupe were lovely to have as servers. Jonathan & Roger are excellent managers and attentive. I'm looking forward to going back with more friends, try more dishes on the menu and shop in the marketplace. Eataly has done an incredible work and it's a fantastic addition to Short Hills Mall.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere, and service….consistently !

Amazing food as always. Come here all the time and feel like family when I walk in. From the manager to the waiters everyone is kind and friendly and they make you feel at home. The food is always good and has been consistently so for years. If anything it’s gotten better! I wanted to write this review to make sure I gave credit to this wonderfully run establishment. The meal we had Friday night might’ve been the best yet. Ordered the Nonna Pizza and The Calabrian chicken to share with my wife. The pizza was phenomenal and the chicken was unbelievable. I will dream about this chicken. Crispy spicy cheesy and delicious. And what a sauce! Almost a like a vodka with Real Calabrian peppers in it and when they say it’s spicy it actually is not like some watered down places that exaggerate. It’s crispy chicken with melted fresh mozz served over Al dente rigatoni in that wonderful sauce. Perfection!
