Loved my experience here! I had an incredible experience at Ema from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was seated right away, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lively yet comfortable vibe that made it the perfect spot for a meal. The food was absolutely phenomenal—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Mediterranean-inspired menu offers a great variety of small plates, and each one was a hit. The hummus was silky smooth, the kebabs were perfectly cooked. Pairing everything with a glass of wine made for an even more memorable experience. Service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our server made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. Made last minute reservations on the afternoon of Valentine's Day. The place of hopping with families, I was with my 3 granddaughters. We were seated right away. Our server was outstanding - checking in frequently when passing by to assist other patrons. The table runners were friendly and efficient. Food came out hot, especially appreciated that the soup was delivered hot as that has not been the case in other establishments. Food was prepared well and very good. Even though there were people waiting, I never felt rushed at all during the meal. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Andros Taverna is such a great spot to get Greek food that has a really nice flare to it. There are lots of Greek places in Chicago that are really casual. At Andros, everything is really fresh, and all of the dishes have a good little elevation to them that makes them feel very authentic, but also really exciting. The space is really well done. It's nice enough that you feel fine dressing up and having a fancy date, but cool enough that you can come in a tshirt and jeans. It's a great balance. Our service was really fantastic. The host greeted us really warmly and took us straight to our table, and our server walked us through everything, and did just the right amount of checking in on us and paying attention to when we might need more drinks or be interested in some additional dishes.

We came in on a Monday so it was pretty empty. We sat by the fireplace which was nice. The food was good and very fresh.
