Had an outstanding and very large Caesar salad to start and then the rigatoni with red sauce and ricotta which was good but not great. And a cappucino in the cutuest cup! Been going here since the restaurant first opened years ago. Always solid and enjoyable!More infoSfogliaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Upper East Side•4.8

The ambience is an antidote to the more typical Manhattan jostling, noisy restaurant scene. The endive and chèvre chaud salads were both fresh, generous and tastily dressed. The risotto au Safran was a standout, creamy and filling, stuffed with vegetables. Lamb chops (four to a serving), were a little rarer than we'd ordered and a little over-sauced but tender and tasty, served with broccoli rabe, green beans and roasted carrots. Wine choices by the glass were mostly from small producers, and inexpensive. Overall, I wish this new restaurant (it opened 9 months ago) well-deserved success, and look forward to returning.More infoChez OmarPrice: Moderate• French• West Village•4.5

Especially we loved Wagyu with variety of sauce presentation that always makes the whole meal feel special. However, we can not give 5 stars for the ambiance because they still allow some people with everyday sneakers and baseball hats that is absolutely out of their dress code policy. We, as customers, check our appearance before going in order to respect the policy and not to ruin entire ambiance and experiences for not only ourselves but for other customers dining in the restaurant however, we feel being not fully respected when we see multiple people dining there with baseball hats on. In the summer, we even saw family with short pants and flip flops, though they appeared obviously wealthy casually dining here spending $$$$ on a normal day but, totally was running the atmosphere, and the restaurant allows it.More infoThe Lobster ClubPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Midtown East•4.8
