A random observation- the light level is excellent, you can actually see the food and move around the restaurant without fear of breaking your leg! Many other steakhouses are so dark, it’s a drag to see and go to the bathroom! We were delayed a tiny bit by a previous couple, Joe’s gifted us an order of Stone crab, just so thoughtful! I have been a fan of Joe’s since it first open in Chicago. Still the Best Steak/Wine list/Dessert/SERVICE IN TOWN ! He made sure any glutenous toppings were removed and on the side for the other guests and repeatedly came back to check and make sure I knew what was safe to eat. I cannot thank him enough.
