Best Neighbourhood Gem Restaurants in Highlands Ranch / Lone Tree

We had the Surf and Turf with Jalapeño Au Gratin Potatoes and sauteed mushrooms. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the lobster tails were sweet and succulent. Those potatoes are amazing. Jorge was our server, and he was terrific, anticipated our needs and his manners were perfect. It was snowing outside and just an all-out beautiful evening for a Valentine's Day dinner.

A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience at Eddie Merlot’s From the moment we walked into Eddie Merlot’s, we knew we were in for something special, but we never could have imagined just how incredible our evening would be. Celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, each bite crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly set the evening apart was the outstanding service. Sean was amazing. The kind of server every restaurant dreams of having. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly detail-oriented, and had such a warm and genuine personality. His dedication to making our night special did not go unnoticed, and we truly believe the world needs more Seans and Keiths. And then there was Kevin, whose kindness and generosity left us speechless. Not only did he make sure we had a fantastic time, but he also gifted us a gift card to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality at Eddie Merlot’s. Our waitress Amy was fantastic- attentive with a smile every time. Food was REALLY GOOD, but it just seemed a little over salty with both the apps and main courses. But, it was really good especially considering the prices at Earl’s are very reasonable. In the main dining area, we considered it just a bit too loud from the overhead music. Overall we loved and enjoyed a great Valentine’s Dinner.

Our steaks were Amazing and cooked just as we requested. I would highly recommend starting your dining experience with the Oysters Rockefeller …to die for! I did add the Garlic Shrimp to my steak dinner..not worth the $16. They were mediocre at best. Service was phenomenal.
