Make sure you make a reservation ahead of time. Even if there’s lots of seats open on Open Table. The hostess would not let me in otherwise. The food and cocktails were outstanding and pretty nice plating for such a busy place. Flavors are complex (in a great way, well balanced). JC was amazing and we had so much fun making two delicious cocktails. My fave was the Espresso Martini. The family style dinner which followed was so delicious and it felt like I was having dinner with family. Favorites of the night were the Tuna Crudo, Butter Salad (definitely needs to be added to the menu), Bistro Filet and Bolognese.
