Best Wine Bars in Highland Village

Our waitress, Wendy, was a blast. Sweet, helpful and funny! The food was, as always, outstanding. We ate there the first time on their soft opening, way back when, and still doing so today.

We love Chez Fabian! The food is always so great.

Had a great experience. Mussels with red sauce were the best. Linguini with white clam sauce took me back to NY. Our server Anna was great. Chef Jim visited with us and the overall Meal was awesome.

Exceptional dining experience… my son and I celebrated our birthdays with my wife and The Capital Grill team made it a memorable evening with nice birthday touches! Service was as wonderful as the meal….thank you

Waitstaff wasnt very attentive. I was served a glass of wine that had obviously been opened for awhile and I sent it back. Bartender didn’t query at all and opened a new bottle immediately. Food was average. Tuscan salad with shrimp. Shrimp was cooked perfectly but was supposed to be grilled artichokes, but they weren’t. $29 salad was not worth it. Very little lettuce of which some was past its best. Overall, wouldn’t have the salad again. Nice ambiance.
