The service is excellent; Friendly and attentive with the tiniest amount of formality which kept things professional. Also the order of service was classic and old school. We were seated by the manager, drinks order taken first, water brought out, then food ordered. Courses evenly spaced. Table cleared of wine glasses, cleaned up after each course. Modern restaurants don’t prioritise this level of service enough and it makes a HUGE difference. Food was creatively imaged and cleverly presented. - So much flavour. (We had all vegan options). Also accommodating to our specific requests for tables. There is only a single vegetarian option (no vegan) but the one that was on offer was fantastic. I was served by a young lady whom was so patience as I waited for my friend, (12h00)She kept on reassuring me that it’s okay to wait and I shouldn’t worry. (2 black ladies) She also made a comment that she didn’t know it was so relevant to me at the time. I lost my brother in December 2024, another one in 2023 totalling my lost siblings to 5! So, she said to me, ‘just relax and spend this time to enjoy yourself’ This was so profound as I had not gotten those simple words that yet meant so much to me.
