The attention to detail and innovation they put into their food is just as elevated as Chef Rucker’s Rivertwice. Every bite was delicious and presented simply, highlighting the gorgeousness of the dish. If I had to pick, the swordfish belly tartare and fried whole bass were favorites. The drinks were creative and strong, with perfectly clear ice cubes! We were so full but had to have the desserts, which as always, were light and perfect, simultaneously sophisticated and comforting. The only downside is we couldn’t possibly try everything, but we can’t wait to go back! Seating at the raw bar is a great vantage point and also cozy, casual and intimate. The staff were so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, clearly well trained, excited to know us and welcoming. Shackyar was our server , very pleasant. Years ago, my mother who had Parkinson disease, was having a little trouble cutting her food and Andy noticed and cut everything for her. The upgraded tents are warm and toasty and add to the food, ambiance and fantastic service that is delivered effortlessly. However, as soon as you walk in the front door, you know that you are some place special. The ambience is great, but, more importantly, the food was exquisite. Yes, it was expensive, but the experience was worth every penny. To start, we ordered rolls with chive butter, and, for an entrée, had pumpkin ravioli with walnuts, apples, onions, and ricotta cheese--yum! The food was so good that we decided to order dessert, an apple tartan which was equally delicious. On top of that, our server was excellent, very helpful, and friendly. Everyone is there to ensure that you are enjoying a wonderful experience. Every morsel of food was flavored to provide a symphony of delight. I can't say enough about the service and how they make you feel so special. Joseph, our lead server, made sure everything that arrived was to our liking. He is such a extraordinary server!
