We live in Massachusetts and this is our third time dining at Sage & Salt! No road trip is complete without a stop in Winston-Salem to spend an evening here. We love to sit at the bar with the kitchen view and our bartender (sorry, I forgot her name!) was incredible. Wonderful service, knowledgeable regarding both cocktails and food, and so accommodating. Two standouts from our last meal were the beef stew (red peppers, who knew!?) and the caviar dish. I could go on about the caviar service but suffice to say, Meg Ryan's reaction in Katz Deli got nothin' on my delight with the caviar!! Thanks once again, Sage & Salt.
