Best Barbecue Restaurants in Edmonton

Had the All in (like I do every time). The chops were succulent and cooked to perfection. The bread at the bottom was, as always, freaking delicious! Sides of Kale and Parmesan (with enough parmesan to negate the health proprieties of the kale), Winter slaw (lovely acidity to cut through the richness of the meat) and coal roasted beets (great combination of smoky beets, smooth goats curd and strong grated horseradish). All of them compliment the meat. What did steal the show for me however, and hear me out, was the barbecue cauliflower chop. All garlicky and charred and delicious. Service was impeccable. The right amount of attentiveness. Banter was good. Overall, a charming lunch in a bloody good restaurant.

Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell that the chefs use fresh, high-quality ingredients and put real thought into each recipe. I highly recommend trying the Sea Bass Filet —it was a perfect balance of textures and flavors that left me craving more! The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Overall Teras Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. Smokehouse is a trusted favourite. Great food, great service and a fantastic place to meet either as small group or larger group of friends. Love this place
