Best Barbecue Restaurants in Croydon

The restaurant is lovely and we had an amazing table at the back, away from other diners. It was my husband's birthday and he enjoyed his meal and drink. My pulled pork was a bit too spicy for me so I did not enjoy it as much. Eva was friendly and very attentive and made our experience very pleasant.

We rarely get a babysitter so that we can go out so when we do it has to be really worth it which is why we chose Toriton. The food was as amazing as always, staff are so lovely and friendly, you feel like you’re in a room of friends and family. A rose for Valentine’s Day as we left finished the evening perfectly! Very happy - can’t wait for the chance to go again !

Blues Kitchen Brixton is a vibe! Amazing live music, great food, and top-tier cocktails. The BBQ wings and mac & cheese were spot on, and the staff made us feel right at home. Perfect spot for a fun night out—can’t wait to come back!

Party of 15, celebrating a birthday. The manager had called to request we arrived 30 minutes later, to ensure we could be accommodated with ease. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and our table was ready. Service was smooth, with drinks orders being taken within 5-7 minutes of being seated. Food orders completed around 10 minutes after being seated, with food starting to come out approximately 15 minutes after that. They served starters and children’s meals first, which was great for the little ones and also remembered the people who had requested their starters and mains to arrive together. All the food was hot and fresh. All diners enjoyed their meals. The hand cut chips, beef ribs and salmon receiving top marks! Servers checked on us twice during dining and everyone was satisfied. It is a casual environment, so no dress code. Due to the location of the restaurant and open frontage (in winter) - it did make the environment rather chilly, with some opting to keep jackets on to eat, but the service and food was the main takeaway from the experience. Hence why the servers still received a generous tip. We would dine there again and recommend others to try.
