Atmosphere is comfy and cozy. Food is fantastic. The destination is about a 40 minute drive for us but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend anyone going for a visit. I look forward to our next one.More infoThe Durham OX, CraykePrice: Very Expensive• Gastro Pub• York•4.6

My partner had the roast beef dinner and I had the pork chop with black pudding mash. Both were absolutely beautiful. A fantastic Spanish red that I’d never tried before, which was also fab. Great service as always & beautiful cosy surroundings.More infoShibden Mill InnPrice: Expensive• Gastro Pub• Halifax•4.7

- GGailYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOur first time at The Hawthorn. Was a lovely restaurant. Greeted by very helpful polite staff. Very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient and professional. Pleasant and polite. I had the flat iron Steak with peppercorn sauce and crispy skin on fries. Absolutely delicious. Couldn’t find fault. Service was very prompt. The fries were the best I’ve ever tasted. My husband had the Burger with fries and he really enjoyed it too. Plenty of choices from the wine and beverage section. Prosecco was very nice as was the Ilkley beer. We didn’t have room for desert. Again nice choices from a traditional menu. Very nice indeed and we will definitely be returning.More infoThe HawthornPrice: Very Expensive• Gastro Pub• Keighley•4.8
