- RRyanHertfordshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had an absolutely fantastic evening at Ember in Hertford! From start to finish, everything was flawless. Ryan provided exceptional service, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was simply outstanding. The oysters were incredibly fresh, the mackerel was packed with flavor, and the steak—wow—easily the best we’ve had in Hertford! Every bite was perfection. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. My partner and I were so impressed that we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend Ember to anyone looking for top-quality food and excellent service.More infoEmberPrice: Expensive• European• Hertford•5

- SSarahLondon •4 reviews5.0Dined on 7 Nov 2024Loved this place, the staff are super friendly and attentive but not “in your face”. It is indeed a grand café, more of a grand brasserie. Can highly recommend the nibbles, beautifully served warm bread, hot padron peppers and superb iberico ham. Fab wines and really lovely mains. Even the espresso was spot on. Well done the Brush, we had a great birthday celebration for my husband. We didn’t try the cocktails but the mixologist was creating a range for staff training purposes and they looked amazing.
